When will my hair be that long again... That's how I looked like when I went home last year.. I chopped off half the length 2 weeks later!! grrr... oh well... it will grow back again at the end of this year....

CNY

Have you done your shopping yet?

New Year is coming in 4 days. It's a little early this year, so everything is a little too rush for me. And to know that I have only a little more than a month left before I am leaving again... I have some mixed feelings on the fact that New Year is coming... don't get me wrong, I LOVE CNY. But the sooner the New Year comes, the closer till the day I am leaving again.

I am going to Kelantan tomorrow for CNY. Will be back on the 4th day of CNY.

Recap of the end of 2008

2008 has been a wonderful year. New places, new people, new environment and everything was new! But in a blink of eye, it's 2009. It's scary to know how time flies, you're aging day by day and before you realised it you're already 20, 30, 40 or even older!

Sorry for not blogging a lot lately coz I have left my brain in Oz. I don't know how to blog anymore! It takes me forever to finally type something on the blank screen and start blogging! Another reason I am not update as often is because the internet is sooooo sloooooooooooow! Uploading photos will take forever since it takes forever to load a webpage! When I got frustrated by the internet then I'll just close everything and go away.

Anyway, before 2008 ends, I had a few events and outings. I went to Metta camp organized by the Lay Buddhist Society. I was one of the committee member in organizing the camp. I have got no pictures from the camp yet coz no one posted up and so I cannot steal from them!
Straight after the camp, I went to Cyberjaya. Went to malls, catch up with my sister and stuff. Amazingly, I only bought 1 clothe from the trip. UH-mazing! I know! I just don't find anything I like!

Then on 31st, the last day of 2008, went out with Justin for movie at noon then met up with my friends from Lay Buddhist Society in Queensbay to countdown. We were the biggest group in Queensbay I think, we had dinner in KFC and we talked and gossip a lot and everyone was staring at us! I guess we were a little too noisy coz we had like 20 people! So it's either you have to talk very loud or repeat many many times. Even when we are in the crowd, everyone stared at us coz we were the noisiest! It was fun tho, screaming and shouting like nobody business.

I had fun in 2008! Hopefully you all too!! Happy New Year everyone!! I am grateful and blessed to have an awesome neighbour who not only offers me a job but also take care of me the whole year! And Sandra, Siang, Hua, Joe, Cien, Pung, Ai who stays with me in Newcastle and always be there whenever I need help! My parents from raising me to paying my uni fees! Everyone everyone who appears in my life and makes my life wonderful and yes that's including you Justin, Karen, Khang May, Hui Peng, Yik Han, Jia Shuen just to mention a few! Everyone from Lay Buddhist Society, you all are like my sisters and brothers!!

I totally love everyone of you all and I wish our friendship never dies and always keep in touch okay no matter how far you are from me!! Yalah and of course my two sisters and I love you both too! And not that if your name is not here means I don't like you okay! I love you all too! Just that my list will be never ending. Hehe!!

Of course my life is not always smooth sailing, I also met bitchy people but let's not mention them in case of spoiling my joy!

Story 1

Let me introduce you to some of the TATE family.

First, there is the old man, DicTATE, who wants to run everything while his cousin RoTATE, tries to change everything.

Mrs. AgiTATE stirs up plenty of troubles with the help of her husband, IrriTATE. Whenever there are any projects suggested, Mr. HesiTATE and his wife VegeTATE want to wait until next year.

Then there is Mrs. ImiTATE who wants her family to be be just like the one she visited in Newtown.

Mr. DevasTATE provides the voice of doom while Mr. PotenTATE just wants to be a big shot. But there is also Ms. FeciliTATE who is most helpful when there is work to be done.

Mr. CogiTATE and his wife, MediTATE always think things over and are usually very positive in their ideas.

And finally, ther is the black sheep of the family, AmpuTATE, who has cut himself completely from the rest of the family.



Story 2

This is a story of four people, Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody

There was an iomportant job to be done, Everybody was asked to do it. Everybody was sure Somebody will do it.

Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when actually Nobody ask Anybody.

Still Alive

I know I haven't been posting for quite some time dee. Things happened too fast and I have no time to post something up here. As I mentioned in my previous post, yah, I'm working. After I came back from work already exhausted, don't feel like going online dee. Working life is so sad!! And every penny is really hard earn money!! I just gotta say that!! First few days when I start working, I was like " I DON'T WANT TO WORK ANYMORE!!!" my legs pain like hell!! Poor my little legs.. Is not that I cannot sit while work, but I just don't used to work, cannot take the long hour standing... okay, fine! I know I'm spoilt!! But now I'm getting use to it dee, but still complaining almost everyday after work. Shopping can walk for 8 hours, work cannot stand for 8 hours, hmmm.... The ironing I do there is more than the total I done at home... okay SHUT UP!! I know I'm really spoilt. It's a good opportunity for me to learn isn't it? Coz I RARELY do ironing at home, I always got burned by the hot steam. Serve me right! Just wait, just wait, when I get my pay, I'll go shopping spreeeee~~ but not this month that is.

Okay, no more work. Last thursday was Deepavali, Geetha invited Sandra and I to her house for lunch. Here are some pics we took that day.
